Membership Registration Process West and USA Rugby
USA and West membership registration are combined.
Online registration is available at
membership.usarugby.org/
and is real-time with an approved credit card. For some CIPP FAQ's,

CIPP Registration-FAQs
"Every player in every match must be enrolled in the current CIPP program
before they participate in any rugby match. The West will compare submitted match reports to the most current CIPP roster for
clubs participating in any league or championship match. Clubs using ineligible players will
forfeit said matches and be sanctioned as proscribed by the West
League Regulations."
